Enter the testator, the beneficiaries, the executor and (optionally) how your estate should be shared, set the governing law, and a last will and testament template appears instantly. Edit it, copy it, print it or download it as a text file. This is a blank template, not legal advice and it does not create a lawyer–client relationship — wills must be signed and witnessed exactly as local law requires, so have a licensed lawyer review it before you sign — and your details never leave your browser. 100% Local
How to Use the Will Template Generator
Enter your own name as the testator and choose your executor, then list your beneficiaries and, optionally, how you want your estate shared. Set the governing law and press Generate. The preview updates as you type.
What to enter
Testator and Executor are required and appear throughout the document.
Beneficiaries, Distribution and Governing law are written into the clauses; leave them blank and a neutral placeholder is used instead.
Distribution finishes the sentence "I give my estate to …, as follows: …", so write it as shares, for example "in equal shares" or "60% to Sam, 40% to Jamie".
Signing and witnessing
A will is usually only valid if it is signed and witnessed in a particular way, and the rules differ by jurisdiction. This is not legal advice and does not create a lawyer–client relationship. Have a licensed lawyer prepare the final version and tell you how to sign and witness it.
Features
Executor, gift, residue, powers and governing-law clauses with a witnessing block
Testator and executor are validated before a document is generated
Optional distribution wording, with a neutral fallback when left empty
Copy to clipboard, print, or download as .txt

This is a general-purpose template, not legal advice, and it does not create a lawyer–client relationship. Wills, inheritance and witnessing rules vary by jurisdiction and change over time, so always consult a licensed lawyer and review the finished document before relying on it.
